Simply return the item unused and in original condition within 5 days. Buyer pays for postage. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately on 07837 418 499 to let us know.
We will then discuss a replacement or refund. All refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of the faulty goods.
